Over the weekend I made version of these muffins, but with strawberries and almonds and buttermilk. I could not resist strawberries that here are in every store. Strawberries from Portugal, but I do not know, or even the season will be different here. I put the cake in tin molds and basically what came out was like brioche than muffins;).

W weekend zrobiłam wersję tych muffinów tylko, że z truskawkami i migdałami oraz z maślanką. Nie mogłam się oprzeć truskawkom, które tutaj są już w każdym sklepie. Truskawki z Portugalii, ale nie wiem czy nawet w sezonie będą tutaj inne. Ciasto włożyłam do blaszanych foremek i w zasadzie to, co wyszło przypominało brioche niż muffiny ;).
